We at Green Effects strive to give our clients attractive and functional surroundings that they can enjoy and be proud of. The key to a great landscape design is an architect who knows his plants and materials, is a good problem-solver, has a creative vision, plans well, and follows the design principles. In all of design, including landscaping, it is imperative to implement the principles of design: Balance, Focalization of Interest, Simplicity (avoiding cluttered or fussy designs), Rhythm and Line, Proportion, and Unity. It is through an understanding and implementations of these principles plus an extensive horticultural knowledge that sets us apart from the field. However, it is also important to have a good working partnership between designer and client. We always work with our clients to make sure they are getting the landscape that THEY want.
